The Buble-Lopilato family was seen at an airport on Monday the 26th of June.
Michael Buble had chosen to keep things casual for his travels, stepping out in a pair of a jeans and a dark-hued jacket that he teamed with a sports cap.
He was seen making his way through the terminal while pushing his son Noah in a baby stroller.
The tot appeared to be sleeping, while his younger brother Elias, was seen in his mother's arms.
Their appearance together comes nearly three months after the Argentine actress and model had shared an insight into brave Noah's battle with cancer.
She spoke at a press conference in April, after the family had returned to Argentina following his four-month-long chemotherapy sessions in the US.
Talking about the joy of her son being on the path to overcoming the disease, she thanked his doctors, as well as fans and the producers of her new movie, which halted filming so she could be by her son's side.
Lopilato added that she found it tough to talk about the subject and that her son will need to continue having tests.
She said: 'Thank God, my son is well. When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes.
'It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today. I would like to thank people for their support, for the prayers they said, for their love.
'And I want them to know that they reached us and that it helped us a lot to come through this.
'It's difficult for me to speak about this, it's very recent and I'm still a bit sensitive about the subject.
'But the love is daily, when people stop me in the street. It's wonderful to know that you're accompanied in life and that people love you.'
She had flown back to Buenos Aires in March with Michael and their sons Noah and Elias, where she had returned to promoting the locally-produced film Those Who Love, Hate.
Looking happy and relaxed despite the turbulent last few months, she admitted: 'My son's recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with check-ups.
'But we are very happy. We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow... seeing Noah grow - being happy gave me the strength to return and finish this film.'
She added: 'My faith in the fact God had a miracle helped me. I became strong so my son would get better. I transmitted that to all my friends and family.
'As a family we were always very united and we fought this together. We did everything we could for our son, so he would come through this.'
The family had not spoken out about their hellish experience other than two Facebook posts shared by crooner Michael.
Her brother Dario Lopilato confirmed in May that the three-year-old had flown back to the Argentine capital with his doting parents and sibling.
Noah was diagnosed with cancer last November before starting a four-month course of chemotherapy.
