The blonde finished her look with a pair of washed out blue jeans featuring rips at the knee and boots.
Michael protectively held his wife's hand as they left keeping a close eye on her.
Luisana is expecting her second child with the singer.
The pair already have a two-year-old son, Noah.
They were accompanied by Luisana's sister Daniela Lopilato, for their dinner date, who could be seen walking out behind the pair.
